Tom Inczauskis returned to the Methodist women's golf program in the summer of 2026 as head coach after previously leading the Monarchs from 2009–22.

One of the most accomplished coaches in NCAA Division III women's golf history, Inczauskis was named the 2021 Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Division III Coach of the Year and has earned WGCA Golf Pride Regional Coach of the Year honors five times, receiving the East Region award in 2012, 2013, and 2018 before earning Southeast Region Coach of the Year recognition in 2020 and 2021. During his first tenure with the Monarchs, Inczauskis led the program to four NCAA Division III National Championships (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2021), helping continue the tradition of excellence that has produced 26 national championships, including an unprecedented stretch of 15 consecutive titles.

The 2021 championship season was one of the finest in program history. Methodist captured team titles in six of its seven tournaments, including the inaugural USA South Women's Golf Championship, before claiming the NCAA Division III National Championship. Junior Jillian Drinkard was named the WGCA Division III Player of the Year, a WGCA First Team All-American, and the USA South Player of the Year. She was joined on the WGCA All-America team by Paige Church and Ingrid Steingrimsen. Additionally, Paige Church, Jillian Drinkard, Ingrid Steingrimsen, Alexandra Williams, and Maggie Williams were all named to the All-USA South First Team.

Over the past 25+ years, Inczauskis has had extensive teaching, coaching, and tournament experience with a wide variety of students and events, from amateur to professional. He has been a head professional at three different facilities and is a PGA Master Professional in Instruction. He served as the Director of Instruction and Head Professional for the University’s PGA Golf Management Program from 2005 to 2009.
