Band Camp Schedule:
August 8, 2012: Move In day for all Members of the Marching Monarchs, from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon, first rehearsal will begin that afternoon at 1:00pm.
August 9, 2012 through August 17th
8:00am to 11:30am – Outside
11:30am-12:30pm – Lunch in Cafeteria
12:30pm-5:00pm – Inside Music/Outside Weather Permitting
5:00pm-6:30pm – Dinner Break in Cafeteria
7:00pm-8:00pm - Evening Performance (When applicable)
NOTE: Saturdays will be a regular rehearsal day until 12:00 noon, Sundays will be off. There will be percussion rehearsals on Saturday and Sunday afternoons in addition to all other rehearsals.
There will be evening rehearsals scheduled and notified once Camp starts.
Once Classes begin the schedule will shift to the following:
Mondays and Fridays 4:30pm to 6:30pm, Outside
Wednesday 4:30pm to 6:30pm, Inside music rehearsals or outside, check Instrumental Bulletin Board for the weekly schedule.
