DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From the North: I-95 South to Fayetteville, Exit 58 (Interstate 295). Turn right off exit and go approx. 5 miles to the Ramsey St. exit and turn left on Ramsey. Methodist University is approx. 2 miles on your left.
From the South: I-95 North to Fayetteville, Exit 46. Take 87 West towards Fayetteville (MLK Freeway) about 6 miles, At the red light take a left on Ramsey Street (401 North). Methodist University is approx. 5 miles on your right.
From the East:
Wilmington, NC Area:
Hwy. 87 West, Cross I-95, road will become MLK Freeway, Turn left onto 401 North (Ramsey St.). Methodist is approx. 5 miles on your right.
Jacksonville, NC Area:
Hwy. 24 West, Cross I-95 Road will become Grove St. At third stoplight, bear right onto Ramsey St. (US 401 North). Methodist is approx. 5 miles on your right.
From the West:
From The Fayetteville Regional Airport:
US 301 North to Hwy. 87 West (MLK Freeway). Take MLK Freeway to US 401 North (Ramsey St.). Methodist will be approx. 5 miles on your right.
Charlotte, NC Area:
US 74 East to Laurinburg. Take US 401 North and follow to Fayetteville. Take a Left onto Skibo Road (401 By-pass). Follow for 8 to 10 miles to Ramsey St. (401 North). Turn Left on Ramsey St. Methodist will be a few miles on your right.
Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC Area:
I-40 to US 421 South toward Sanford. Follow US 421 through Sanford to Lillington. In Lillington Turn right onto 401 South to Fayetteville. Methodist will be on your left just inside the City limits.
Albemarle, NC / Stanly County / Montgomery County / Concord, NC:
Take 24/27 East toward Fayetteville. Then take 87 East. Go through the town of Spring Lake. Look for 87 East and Murchison Road. Turn left onto Murchison Road. You will be on Fort Bragg. At the first stoplight turn left onto Honeycutt Road. Go to the second light and turn left onto McArthur Rd. Peadens seafood/bbq restaurant will be on your right. Take a right at the next light onto Andrews road.Take it until it ends at a light. Turn right onto Ramsey St. (US 401 South). The college will be a few miles on your left.

ATHLETIC TRAINING
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be available at all events. If more than one event is going on at different venues, the Athletic Trainer will be available by cell phone/radio. The Methodist University Athletic Training Department has two locations within the March F. Riddle Center. Outdoor sports should use the athletic training room on the lower level, easily accessible from the parking lot behind the building. Basketball and volleyball should use the athletic training room on the main floor. The athletic training room consists of staff offices, taping areas, examination tables, and a whirlpool room. It will be made available for your use 90 minutes prior to competition. If your team is traveling without an Athletic Trainer please call ahead with any special instructions and send a written request for the use of modalities. Please furnish your own supplies and have emergency information available on all your athletes in case it is needed. Water, cups, and injury ice will be available at the visiting bench. This information applies to all sports at your school which may be visiting our campus as well. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to call the MU Athletic Training Room.
ATHLETIC COMMUNICATIONS
Halftime box scores will be delivered to the visiting team’s lockerroom within five minutes of the completion of the first half during basketball games. Complete post-game statistical packages will be made available to the coaching staffs and local media within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the game. Final statistics will include box scores and play-by-play. The Methodist University Athletic Communications Office will send complete statistics to any of the visiting team’s local media outlets in addition to the Associated Press and other appropriate media outlets. The game story and box score will be made available on the official website of Methodist University athletics immediately after the game. Additionally, StatCrew game files will be sent to the visiting team’s Sports Information Director.

The following hotels/motels are located on 401 By-Pass (Skibo Road) and are approximately eight (8) miles from the university. They are located adjacent to Cross Creek Mall and have a large selection of restaurants within walking distance.

The following restaurants are centrally located within five miles of Methodist University: Domino's, Papa John's, Cici's Pizza, Subway, Jersey Mike's, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, Arby's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Hardee's, Golden Corral, Ruby Tuesday's, McDonalds, KFC, and BoJangles. We will also be glad to make a recommendation regarding a sit down pre-game meal if needed.
