FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Methodist University head women's lacrosse coach Wylie Crisanti resigned on Tuesday after four seasons at the helm of the program.
“I would like to thank Methodist University for the opportunity to run the women's lacrosse program for the past four years,” Crisanti said. “I will miss all of my players, friends, and co-workers, but I feel that it is time for me to move on and pursue other career opportunities.”
During his tenure, Crisanti posted an 18-39 record with a career best 5-8 in 2010.
“I appreciate Wylie's efforts on behalf of the women's lacrosse program and MU over the past four years and wish him well in his future endeavors,” Director of Athletics
Bob McEvoy said.
A national search for a replacement will begin immediately.
