Student-Athletes Honored With Dr. William P. Lowdermilk Awards
Five student-athletes recognized by the Fayetteville Rotary Club

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The Fayetteville Rotary Club presented their 16th annual Dr. William P. Lowdermilk Student Achievement Awards recognizing five Methodist student-athletes.

The awards are presented annually by the Rotary Club to eight deserving Methodist University students. Established in 1995, the awards were created to honor Bill Lowdermilk for his service to Rotary and to Methodist University by exposing students to the concepts of values and ethics in the workplace.

Four winners of the Dr. William P. Lowdermilk Student Achievement Award are recognized with a $1,000 cash award and a $4,000 MU scholarship and four receive awards of $1,000 and a $2,000 scholarship.

The student-athletes recognized are:
