GEORGETOWN, Texas - The Methodist women's tennis team spent the morning in Austin before knocking off Southwestern University.

Kaitlin Flaherty and Kelli Shelton combined to update fans on the day in what they call Shelton Stories and Flaherty Files.

We woke up this morning after a great night of sleep at the La Quinta hotel in Round Rock, Texas. The team went sight seeing in Austin, Texas where we visited the University of Texas, saw the Capitol building, and had a nice lunch at Schlotzsky's deli. After lunch, the team played Southwestern University where we picked up another tough 5-4 win and clinched our third win in Texas. We had several fans in the audience including Methodist alum, Sean Gregory. The team is looking forward to our final match in Texas tomorrow against Austin college.
