Leary Named CoSIDA Academic All-District

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) has announced the 2009 Academic All-District Football team. Methodist senior
Brian Leary has earned First Team honors.
Leary is an Exercise Science major with a 3.35 cumulative grade point average. A senior captain, Leary leads the team in tackles with 53 while adding an interception against N.C. Wesleyan. As a member of the All-District First Team, Leary joins teammate Jason Layton on the national ballot for Academic All-American recognition.
