Blake Brown named Football Defensive Player of the Week

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The USA South has announced their Athletes of the Week. The conference gives an award for Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week for each sport active during that week.
Blake Brown has been named the Football Defensive Player of the Week. The St. Augustine, Florida freshman linebacker had 15 total tackles in a 10-9 win over USA South foe Christopher Newport. Brown accumulated three solo tackles and 12 assisted take downs. He added one tackle for a loss of three yards and broke up one pass.
