Methodist Women in Seventh at Wendy's Invitational
Gretchen McLean leads the team through round one

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Methodist women shot a 319 in the first day of the Wendy's Invitational hosted by Charleston Southern University. The College of Charleston leads the field with a 298.
The Monarchs are currently in seventh place in the 15-team field composed of Division I and II competition.
Gretchen McLean leads the Monarchs with a 77 while
Paige Caldwell shot a 79.
Alana Swain finished the first round with an 81 while
Kelsey Magnine shot an 82 and
Susan Martin finished with an 84.
The tournament concludes on Tuesday.
